Progress Documentation:
Before receiving the RedLight Hat Pro, take a photo of your hair and email it to info@redlightinnovation.com along with your order number and full name. This initial photo is required to establish a baseline for your hair growth progress.

Initial Photo: Within the first week of receiving your RedLight Hat Pro, take an initial photo of your hair and upload it to the hair growth tracking app.

Regular Updates: Upload a new photo of your hair to the app daily if possible, or at least once a week.

Final Photo: At the end of the 90-day period, take a final photo of your hair and upload it to the app.

Submission of Photos: In addition to uploading the photos to the app, you must also email all photos (submission, initial, weekly, and final) to info@redlightinnovation.com. This documentation is crucial to process your refund request.

Consistent Use: The RedLight Hat Pro must be used as directed in the product manual throughout the 90-day period. Specifically, the hat should be worn for 15 minutes a day using the red light setting on maximum power. Inconsistent use of the product may disqualify you from the money back guarantee.
- Condition of the Product: The RedLight Hat Pro must be returned with all original accessories and packaging must also be included.
How to Request a Refund:

Contact Customer Support: Before returning the product, contact our customer support team at info@redlightinnovation.com to initiate the refund process. Provide your order number and details about your usage and results.

Refund Request Window: You have 10 additional days after the 90-day usage period to request a refund. If a refund request is not made within this 10-day window, the money-back guarantee will no longer apply.

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.

Shipping: Ship the product back to us within 10 days of receiving the RA number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Processing the Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the condition and compliance with the documentation requirements, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
