Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Lack of Hair Growth: To qualify for a return based on the belief that the product has not promoted hair growth, please refer to our 90-day guarantee.

  2. Product Defect or Damage: If the received item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, customers must inform us within 3 days of receipt. Evidence such as photos may be required to verify the issue. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any discrepancies to facilitate prompt resolution.

  3. Return Condition: The item must be returned with all original parts and packaging. This includes the product itself, any accessories, documentation, and the original packaging. Additionally, all seals on the product panel must remain intact including the cellophane wrap around the packaging, as any broken seals pose a hygiene risk. Items returned without all original components, packaging, or with broken seals on the panel will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@redlightinnovation.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns made without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.

1-Year Warranty

We offer a 1-year standard warranty on all our red light devices.
If your product becomes defective within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge. The defective item must be returned to us, and once the issue is confirmed upon inspection, a replacement will be sent. If the original model has been discontinued, we may provide you with the latest available version instead. Please contact us to initiate a warranty claim. Please ensure your device warranty is registered before 7 days of receiving, you can register your device here.

Exemptions from the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, certain personal care products including the RedLight Hat Pro and RedLight Pro Panel are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period once they have been used. Removing the protective cellophane wrap from the packaging is considered as use, and the product will no longer be eligible for return. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products for all customers.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
